My motto for last year was "Travel More in 2024" so today I am taking a look back at the highlights from my year of traveling more.
Here are the highlights from my 2024 travels -
I took 11 cruises on 10 different ships (there was only one month in the year where I wasn't on a cruise ship at all)
Visited 15 countries (I am still waiting on Google maps to give me my year in review so I can see how many miles I actually traveled).
Hosted 4 Distinctive Voyages
Made a core memory for a close friend
Came out of babysitter's retirement to cruise with a family group that I used to babysit for when I was a teen and now got to babysit for the next generation.
Took my 6th Alaska cruise
Picked up a permanent souvenir to remember my favorite place to visit.
Celebrated being a top agent in 2023 with a reward cruise
Took a cruise where I had never been to any of the ports before.
Sailed on a ship for its Maiden Voyage from the US
Celebrated my birthday with my family and 1st cruise for my nephews.
Had a Bougie Cruise trying out a brand new suite.
Stepped in very last minute to host one more cruise to end out the year.
I don't know if it was because I made the motto to travel more in 24 or if it was all just meant to be but it was an amazing year!
January - I kicked off 2024 onboard Sky Princess with my sister for her birthday
March/April - I hosted onboard Celebrity Reflection (this is also the cruise where I got to make a core memory for a friend)
May was a double cruise month -
Started out with the family group on Symphony of the Seas (babysitting cruise) to the Caribbean
Then back to Alaska - this time with my sister for a luxury experience on Regent Seven Seas Explorer
June brought about a sort of last minute host cruise onboard Azamara Onward which turned out to maybe be my favorite cruise ever! 11 nights of just Scotland! Also where I picked up my new permanent souvenir.
July/August was a reward cruise for my sales in 2023 (thank you again to all of you that helped me earn that). This was a Quebec to Boston on Silver Shadow and I got to share that with one of my best friends!
September - Another hosting cruise and one that I had never visited a single one of the ports before onboard the gorgeous new Silver Ray
October - Maiden Voyage out of the US onboard Sun Princess
November - Double the Disney Dream! Birthday and Bougie
December - last minute host opportunity for a luxury Caribbean Cruise onboard Regent Seven Seas Navigator
I had a great time sticking to my motto for the year. Now I have to figure out what my motto for 2025 should be? Also after looking at all these photos together I think I need to buy some new clothes.
What is your motto for traveling this year? Whatever it is I would love to help you stick to it.
